What this is
Rate My Aura is an entertainment app. It generates a semi-arbitrary, AI-generated "aura" score for fun, based on a photo, audio clip, or video you upload. It is not a scientific, professional, or serious assessment of you, your appearance, or your worth, and should not be treated as one.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. A stricter age gate may be added in a future version.
Your content
You are solely responsible for what you upload. By uploading a photo, audio clip, or video, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have the right to share it.
- If the content shows another identifiable person, you have their consent to upload it and to have it displayed publicly on this app.
- The content does not violate any law or any other person's rights.
Prohibited content
You may not upload content that:
- Sexualizes minors, in any way, under any circumstance.
- Is otherwise sexually explicit.
- Depicts extreme graphic violence or gore.
- Constitutes hate speech or targeted harassment.
- Infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
- Is otherwise illegal or clearly inappropriate for public display.
Uploads are automatically screened, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any content, at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Public display
Anything you upload that passes screening will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard, along with your score, the AI-generated explanation, and your chosen nickname (if any). Do not upload anything you do not want to be public.
Reporting content
If you see content that violates these terms, contact us at hello@auramaxxed.com and we will review it.
No warranty
This app is provided "as is," for entertainment purposes, with no warranty of any kind. Scores are generated by an AI system and are not accurate, consistent, or meaningful in any objective sense.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this app, including from other users' uploaded content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
